Honda Cars India at the 2016 Auto Expo

Japanese manufacturer Honda may come with a few surprises this year at the Auto Expo. From what has been heard, it will be a display of facelifts and new models for the company. Let us take a closer look at what should be seen in the Honda cars pavilion this year: A) Honda Amaze facelift:  Talks about a new avatar of the Honda Amaze are on for quite some time now. Major changes will be seen on the interior, which is expected to be on similar lines as the Mobilio. In fact, the new Mobilio was launched yesterday in Indonesia. Like the Mobilio, the new Amaze will get a touchscreen entertainment system having integrated reverse camera display, automatic climate control and rectangular AC vents. The 2016 Auto Expo in India is going to be bigger and badder than every before, Up to 80 new vehicles are going to be launched this year at Greater Noida Expo Mart. This is the most coveted event for all auto manufacturers in India, who wish to capitalise on this mega event to inform their customers about new launches and events. About the Venue Instead of Pragati Maidan, the venue of the Auto Expo has now been shifted to Greater Noida. One of the major reasons for this was mismanagement of facilities at Pragati Maidan a few years ago. Space is also more here- instead of 68,000 sq mt in 2014, auto manufacturers get a record 73,000 sq mt to display their machines and technology.  Dates The Expo will be catering to members of the media on 3rd and 4th February. For the regular visitors, it is open from 5th-9th February. Footfalls in the current year are expected to rise by at least 20% as compared to 2014. You will get to see a record 65 exhibitors this year
